After the sad news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II yesterday I am sure you will extent with us our thoughts and prayers to the members of the Royal family as they mourn the life of their Mother, grandmother and their Queen. We have had a Worship today to mark her passing and will be then celebrating her life over the next days and weeks to mark the contribution she gave to our country and the world.

Prayer for the Queen

Gracious God, we give thanks

for the life of your servant Queen Elizabeth,

for her faith and her dedication to duty.

Bless our nation as we mourn her death

and may her example continue to inspire us;

Through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The children will have the opportunity to talk and reflect on her life as Queen. Please look out for further details in the days and weeks to come, this includes information about if we are required to close as a mark of respect.
