Potato, Nettle, & Spinach Soup
We were tasked with creating a healthy, warm, and tasty soup to be enjoyed on a cold day in Forest School. We evaluated lots of soups and discussed appearance, taste, texture and smell. We looked at a healthy, balanced diet and used this knowledge to help us design our own soups. We made three soups and practised hygiene and cutting and peeling skills to prepare. Our favourite was the Potato, Nettle and Spinach Soup. Look at our empty bowls!
