Christian Ethos and values award
This award goes to the child who has been chosen by the staff and children who personifies the school values. During their time at Cockerham the recipient needs to be a role model, replicating the values we hold in school at our core in their daily life and to those around them. Her constant attitude of showing they can do all things through Christ who gives us strength, is one which others look to for guidance and strength within school.
Christian values revision 2022
During the Christian values revision parents commented:
I really appreciate the fact that the children are involved in making decisions about their school and future.... the stream lined values ....I don't think having fewer values takes anything away
I like the idea of focusing on a smaller number of values and the ones chosen will be great ones to promote.... the children will be more aware of what they are.
